The Homeowners-Link concept of “live leads” gives us our competitive positioning in the market. Other marketing companies attempt to provide quality leads, but end up producing somewhat haphazard results when using methods such as internet pop-ups to appeal to their audience. Customers sometimes respond to these mortgage/insurance pop-ups, but their motives for doing so may have nothing to do with engaging in a loan/insurance transaction. If a customer responds to the pop-up, they complete an online application. This information is then transferred over to insurance agents by the marketing service.
