HOL President and Managing Director
Scott Callis serves as the President and Managing Director. Scott has seventeen years of experience in the finance industry with twelve of those being specifically related to mortgage lending. He has held an insurance license for five of those seventeen years offering personal property, liability, and life insurance. He has also served in significant mortgage industry positions such as a loan officer, mortgage underwriter, regional vice president in sales, and most recently, account executive for a Fortune 100 company. Scott has a network of mortgage lender relationships that span from coast to coast. He serves on the board of deacons within his church and participates in community activities.

HOL National Sales Manager
Blair Culley serves as the National Sales Manager. His philosophy that people buy from people has led him to success over the past five years as a Local Account Representative in the Dallas-Fort Worth market to Regional Sales Manager of fifteen southeastern states. Previously, Blair made the most of brief stints in the NFL as a place-kicker for the Cincinnati Bengals and New England Patriots. His athletic career also included Football Administrator at a division 1A university, high school teacher and coach, and a position with ABC Sports. He presently serves as the Director of Athletics at his church.
